Chelsea is so great in the kitchen! Here she’s shared with us her amazing post workout treat!
Ingredients
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
3/4 Cup Plant Based Protein
1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
1/3 Cup Almond Butter
1/3 Cup Almond Milk
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
You’ll Need
Two Mixing Bowls (microwave safe)
Measuring Spoons
Measuring Cups
Pie Pan
Makes: 16 Sliver Bars
Instructions:
- Put all your dry ingredients into one bowl and mix to combine
- Put all your wet ingredients into the other bowl and microwave until the coconut oil is melted.
- Mix the wet ingredients to combine
- Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture
- Mix thoroughly until well combined and you have a created a dough.
- Transfer the dough into the pie pan and flatten it out evenly.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Freeze for at least an hour
Serving Suggestions:
A little bit will do you! Delicious and packed with plant protein goodness, these calorie dense little slices of heaven will put the pep back in your step!
Mix it up! Put some hemp or flax seeds sprinkled over the top before freezing.
